• Bi - Annual Preventative maintainance visit (system service)
  (This is usually completed within 45 minutes, am or pm calls are available)
• Written service report (for insurance purposes)
• Free 24 hours telephone support with a fully qualified engineer.
• Free call out and labour for system related faults.
• Central monitoring station fees
• BT Redcare GSM service and usage fees
• Police Admin Fees
• Remote engineer service calls for fast response to common faults.

The annual cost for this scheme is just £595 + VAT
